On Tuesday, May 6th, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, treat yourself to an hour of invigorating yoga led by a certified instructor. Find your flow on the tranquil grassy area nestled between Airdales and the commissary.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this session offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with your body and mind in a beautiful outdoor setting.
We'll have a limited number of yoga mats available on a first-come, first-served basis, so feel free to bring your own if you have one.
